(A Sunday Favorite)
1 lb. ziti macaroni, partially
cooked and drained
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese,
1/2 c. grated cheese
fresh parsley, minced
4 c. Italian tomato sauce
1/2 lb. ground sausage meat,
browned and drained
salt and pepper to taste
Remove Ricotta cheese from container into bowl. Add
small amount of minced parsley and pepper and blend. In a 2
quart casserole, make layers of tomato sauce, ziti, Ricotta,
Mozzarella, sprinkled grated cheese, and sausage. Repeat until
all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1
