HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN BREAST 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts salt to taste fresh ground pepper to taste 6 Tbsp. melted butter 3/8 c. Dijon mustard 3/4 c. honey 1/4 tsp. plus 1/8 tsp. curry powder In bowl combine all ingredients except chicken. Mix well. Spoon 1/2 of sauce into shallow baking dish. Add chicken breasts and turn to coat well. Bake at 350 degrees, uncov- ered, 30 to 45 minutes or until tender. (This depends on thickness of breasts.) Turn and baste breasts often with remaining sauce during cooking. Serve with rice or buttered noodles.
