PEPPERONI PIE (Makes 2 Pies)
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 slice ham, about 1 inch and
1 small pepperoni, diced
8 oz. Gruyere or Swiss cheese,
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
homemade or store bought crust
(top and bottom)
Put Ricotta cheese into large bowl. Add diced
Mozzarella, Gruyere, ham and pepperoni. Add eggs and Parmesan
cheese. Mix well. Pour into pie crusts. Bottom crust, cover
mixture with top crust. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool 1 hour. This is a recipe from our database at Cookbooks On/Line!
