SAUSAGE SPINACH PIE

1 box Stouffer's spinach
souffle
1/2 lb. sausage, removed from
casing
1 c. thinly sliced Mozzarella
cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 egg
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (9-inch) crust shell

Defrost souffle completely. Cook onion and mushrooms in
a little oil until soft; drain. You must brown sausage, drain
well. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into
pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until firm and
slightly brown.
