OVERNIGHT EGG CASSEROLE
8 slices white bread, cubed
2 c. milk
8 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry or gourmet mustard
1 tsp. ground pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. cubed ham or kielbasa or
Italian sausage or bacon or
Spam or hot dogs
Cut crust off bread. Combine milk, eggs, etc. Stir and
pour mixture into 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Cover and
