BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

4 to 5 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Egg Mixture:
6 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cube bread slices into 1 1/2 inch square pieces. Place
in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan in one layer. Fry and
drain sausage, crumble it evenly over bread layer. Sprinkle
grated cheese evenly over the sausage layer. Prepare egg
mixture: Beat eggs well. Beat in milk, salt and dry mustard.
Drizzle egg mixture evenly over the cheese layer. Cover pan
and allow to set overnight in refrigerator. In the morning,
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, leaving it covered.
