3/4 c. rose wine
1/8 c. olive oil
4 Tbsp. water
1 garlic clove
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. oregano
Place sliced mushrooms in bottom of a casserole. Top
with chicken pieces. Mix the cornstarch and water. Crush
garlic and mix all other ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake
uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
