1 lb. steak
7 oz. box instant rice
16 oz. can whole tomatoes,
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bell pepper, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
Saute onions and bell peppers until tender, put in a pot
with chopped tomatoes, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cut
steak into thin slices and brown; add steak to other ingredi-
ents and simmer. While preparing rice. Cook rice according to
directions on box. When rice is cooked pour into a bowl and
pour the other ingredients over rice. Salt to taste.
