3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin seed
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
3 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. sweet pepper,

ents; cover, cook 4 to 5 hours.
