3 pork steaks
butter Crisco
3 c. water
2 pkg. brown gravy mix

Cut the pork steak into pieces. Roll in flour and brown
on both sides in butter Crisco. Pour in 2 cups water; mix 2
packages brown gravy mix in 1 cup water. Pour gravy mix in
skillet; turn fire low and simmer until tender. Good for hot
pork sandwiches.
