HELEN SANDERS' TUNA CASSEROLE

4 Tbsp. oleo
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. potato chips, crushed
1 can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Melt butter. Add flour; cook until bubbles. Add milk
and cook until thick. Add pepper, mushroom soup and tuna. Mix
well. Put a layer of potato chips in casserole, then a layer
of tuna mixture, another layer of potato chips; add rest of
mixture. Top with the rest of potato chips. Bake 30 minutes
at 350 degrees.
