6 green peppers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked rice
Boil peppers 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
Stuff peppers with mixture. Place in muffin tin. Bake at 375 degrees
