1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 lb. sausage
1 can cream-style corn
1 pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 can tamales
1/2 c. milk
1 medium onion
corn bread mix
Brown hamburger, sausage and onion. Make corn bread
mix; add the cream-style corn, put meat in casserole. Pour
corn bread over meat mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until corn
bread is done.
Cheese Sauce: Mix milk and Velveeta in a double boiler
or microwave; cook until smooth. Add tamales to taste. Serve
over squares of casserole.
