GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. uncooked noodles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. thick sour cream
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives

Heat margarine in skillet and beef and onions. Cook
until meat is browned. Add soup, mushrooms and water; bring
to a boil. Add uncooked noodles. Bring to a boil; reduce heat
and simmer until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. Add
frozen corn. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Cool a few
minutes; gently stir in 1/2 cup of grated cheese, sour cream
and olives. Place in greased casserole; sprinkle remaining
grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6
servings.
