1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Velveeta cheese
Tater Tots

Grease or spray 9 x 9-inch pan or casserole dish. Press
uncooked hamburger evenly in bottom of dish, salt and pepper to
taste. Spread cream of mushroom soup over hamburger, slice
cheese and make one layer over soup. Arrange Tater Tots on top
of cheese, cover. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour or until
hamburger is done.
Variation: A layer of frozen (rinsed and broken apart)
vegetables can be layered on top of hamburger and before soup.
