HAMBURGER OR CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
or 3 c. chicken or turkey,
cooked and deboned
1 medium grated onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. grated cheese (suit your
taste)
1 c. uncooked rice

Combine rice and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with it.
Place meat and onion in next layer. Spread some cheese on next
layer. Mix soups together, spread over cheese. Top with
remaining grated cheese. Does not need salt, as soup is salty.
May want to add pepper with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
