1 lb. sausage
1 c. coarse celery
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle
1/2 c. rice
1 can pimentos

Fry sausage and set aside. When cool, crumble. Saute
onions, celery and green pepper in 2 tablespoons sausage
drippings until limp. In 3 1/2 cups boiling water, put the
chicken noodle soup, rice, vegetables and sausage. Bake at
350 degrees for 40 minutes.
