SPAGHETTI CHINESE

1/4 lb. bacon
2 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 c. strip of ham
1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
pimiento (optional)

Brown bacon in pan and drain. Crumble and save bacon.
Add oil, garlic and ham (saute lightly). Add cooked spaghetti,
bacon, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well. Turn off
heat. Pour eggs and quickly coat. Add olives and pimiento
(optional).
