CHINESE TUNA CASSEROLE 1 can tuna, broken into small chunks 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. minced onion 1/3 c. milk, chicken broth or water (I use milk) 1/2 c. whole salted cashew nuts salt and pepper to taste In a saucepan, put the soup, the milk or broth, 1 cup of noodles, the celery, cashews, onion, salt and pepper. Heat and stir in tuna. (I do this in microwave on High about 3 to 4 minutes.) Pour into a quart casserole and bake 20 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. Sprinkle the remaining noodles on top and bake 5 minutes more. Serves 4. If you double it will serve exactly eight adults.
