2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can French-style green
1 box Uncle Ben's long grain
and wild rice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 small jar pimientos, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Cook rice per instructions for drier rice on package.
Mix with other ingredients and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
