HOT CHICKEN SALAD|
2 c. chopped chicken
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. minced celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. slivered almonds
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 large can chow mein noodles
Mix chicken, rice, celery, onion, almonds and eggs. Set
aside. Blend soup, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice. Pour
over chicken mixture and mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with chow mein noodles. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
