POPOVER PIZZA 1 lb. hamburger 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix 1 3/4 c. water 6 oz. tomato paste 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 Tbsp. oil 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Brown hamburger and drain. Add sauce mix, water and tomato paste. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and top with cheese. Keep hot in 400 degrees oven. Beat until smooth the eggs, milk, oil, flour and salt. Pour over filling. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake for 30 minutes longer.
