EASY CHEEZY LASAGNA

2 lb. ground beef
3 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lb. cans tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. oregano leaves
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. thyme
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
8 oz. Colby cheese
1 1/2 to 2 lb. Cheddar cheese
24 oz. Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. Parmesan cheese

Combine ingredients, except beef and cheeses in a
saucepan. Brown meat, drain and add to sauce. Simmer for 1
hour. Cook noodles as directed and cool. Grate cheeses and
combine in bowl. In casserole dish (greased) layer noodles,
meat sauce, cheese, repeat. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
Makes two 2 quart casseroles. Great for freezing!
