BEEF ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

1 lb. ground beef
2 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese,
shredded
12 corn tortillas
2 cans cream of chicken soup
milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 oz. chopped green chiles

Brown beef. Heat soup with 1 1/2 soup cans of milk.
Layer in order: tortillas, meat, onions, chiles, cheese and
soup. Repeat. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20
minutes.
