MEXICAN ZUCCHINI PORK DISH

6 to 8 pork chops or roast
(pork, cut in bite-size
chunks)
1/2 onion, diced
2 tsp. cumin seed
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 to 2 cans corn
flour tortillas

Cut up pork. Cook in frypan on medium heat until done.
Drain. Add onion, cumin, garlic and zucchini. Cook until the
zucchini is cooked thoroughly. Add corn. When heated, sprin-
kle cheese on top. When cheese is melted, serve with flour
tortillas.
