SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 doz. flour tortillas
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can big chunk chili
1/2 jar Salsa Suprema

Brown hamburger and drain. Add taco seasoning and
grated cheese. Take a floured tortilla and lay it in a greased
baking pan. Put a small amount of beef filling in center of
tortilla. Roll up and continue until ingredients are used up.
Mix sour cream, chili and salsa together. Smother tortillas
with this sauce. Top with another cup of grated cheese, if
desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
