SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH MEAT 3 lb. (7-bone) roast, cut into large chunks (10) 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 rounded tsp. sweet basil salt to season 2 family-size cans tomato sauce 1 large can tomato paste 1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch size squares In large 4 1/2 quart roasting pan, brown roast in oil on top of stove. Add garlic powder, cayenne pepper, sweet basil and salt. Stir occasionally and cook until meat is cooked enough to eat. Add the rest of ingredients. Add boiling water to fill pot, about 4 cups. Simmer all day, stirring occasion- ally. Sauce will thicken. Freezes well. Serves 8 to 10.
