PASTA WITH EGGS 3 to 3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour (approximately) 5 eggs, slightly beaten 2 Tbsp. olive oil (any oil will work) 2 to 3 Tbsp. milk Serving time is 5 to 7 minutes. Gradually work flour into liquid, using as much flour as needed, to make stiff dough. Knead a little so dough will be smooth. Form a ball and cover with a towel for a few minutes. Put flour on coun- ter, roll with well floured rolling pin. Cut into desired shapes. Let dry 1 hour or more. Boil as with regular noodles. To sauce time, put in 200 degrees oven for few minutes on cookie sheets.
