pastry shell, unbaked
1 can evaporated milk
Make a pastry shell, fill with leftover meats, cut up in
small pieces. Add onion, peppers, tomatoes or broccoli (any-
thing I have I use). In blender, beat eggs and 1 can of
evaporated milk, pour over mixture and bake until you can stick
in a fork and it comes out clean. Bake at 375 degrees.
