BAR-B-Q CHICKEN

2 c. milk
1 egg
salt to taste
pepper to taste
nutmeg
cracker crumbs
margarine
barbecue sauce
chicken

In medium bowl, beat egg and add milk. Stir well.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and nutmeg on top. Do not stir. Heat
barbecue sauce and 1/2 stick margarine until margarine melts.
Spoon a thin layer of sauce in shallow baking pan. Dip chicken
pieces in milk mixture and then in cracker crumbs. Repeat last
two steps. Place in pan and cover with sauce. Best when
refrigerated overnight. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1
hour and 30 minutes or until done.
