BROILED SIRLOIN, GARLIC SAUCE

3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. steak sauce
2 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
1 tsp. garlic powder

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add garlic
powder, Worcestershire sauce and steak sauce. Stir until
mixed. Bring to boiling point. Remove from heat. Place steak
on broiler pan and brush with the steak sauce mixture. Broil
3-inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn steak. Brush with
sauce mixture. Broil 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
