LASAGNA

2 lb. hamburger
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
20 oz. lasagna or wide noodles
6 c. cottage cheese (big
cartons)
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
cheese
1 tsp. black pepper

Brown meat and drain off excess fat. Add spaghetti
sauce and simmer, uncovered, for about 30 minutes. Place
noodles in pot of boiling water. Cook until tender, then rinse
in cold water. Set aside. Combine cottage cheese, eggs,
Parmesan cheese and pepper. Place half of noodles in 13 x 9 x
2-inch pans. Spread half cottage cheese mixture over noodles.
Add half meat sauce then add half Mozzarella cheese. Repeat
for next layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is
golden brown.
