1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked
and drained
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella
cheese slices
1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan

Brown meat; drain. Add onion. Cook until tender. Stir
in tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover. Simmer 30
minutes. In an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish, layer half of
noodles, meat sauce and both cheeses. Repeat layers. Sprinkle
Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10
minutes before serving.
