3 lb. spareribs
salt to taste
4 apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 apples

Cut ribs into serving pieces. Season with salt and
pepper. Place in roasting pan. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees
for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Pour off drippings. Core apples
and cut in 1/4-inch slices. Arrange around ribs. Sprinkle
with cinnamon and brown sugar. Bake 30 to 40 minutes longer.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
