1 turkey breast
2 or 3 c. water
1/2 tsp. sage
3 bay leaves
salt to taste
about 8 to 10 peppercorns

Place turkey breast in roasting pan. Add water, sage,
bay leaves and salt. Add peppercorns, cover and bake, starting
at 400 degrees until it starts to cook, about 1 hour. Lower heat to
325 degrees and continue cooking 3 1/2 hours. Remove from pan and
cool before slicing.
