CABBAGE ROLL

10 large cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
dash of cinnamon (optional)
1 can tomatoes, well drained
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt

Cook cabbage leaves in saucepan in enough water to cover
for 2 minutes. Drain. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients.
Place on cabbage leaves. Roll and secure with toothpicks.
Wrap rolls in foil. Place in baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 40
minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
