BEEF 'N RICE 'N CHEESE

1 lb. ground meat or stew meat
1 c. long grain rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
6 bouillon cubes, dissolved in
2 c. hot water
1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
cheese

Brown meat; drain. Cook rice. Mix all ingredients in
casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
