CREAMY HAM CASSEROLE 1 medium cauliflower 2 c. cubed, cooked ham 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 4 Tbsp. margarine 1/3 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 c. diced Velveeta cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. soft bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted Break cauliflower into buds (4 cups). Cook in salted water until tender. Combine ham and mushrooms. In saucepan melt 4 tablespoons margarine. Stir in flour. Add milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add cheese and sour cream. Stir until cheese melts. Combine cheese sauce with cauliflower and ham. Pour into casserole. Combine bread crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over mixture. Bake uncovered approximately 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
