1 thinly sliced onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2/3 c. tomato paste
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. season salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. crescent rolls
3 slices American cheese
Fry onion, green pepper and meat in margarine until
slightly brown. Add tomato paste and milk. Stir in mushrooms
and seasonings. Remove from heat. Pat crescent roll dough
into a 9-inch pie pan. Spoon mixture into crust. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes. Add cheese and bake a few minutes longer.
