MEAT LOAF PINWHEEL
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Combine meat, crumbs, half of process cheese spread, egg
and salt. Mix lightly. Pat out meat mixture to cover a 12 x
10-inch rectangle of foil. Combine remaining ingredients:
process cheese spread, rice, parsley. Spread this over meat.
Roll up starting at narrow end. Wrap securely; refrigerate
several hours or overnight. Cut roll into one inch wide
pieces. Place on jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35
