ONION DEER DELIGHT|
1 to 2 lb. deer meat
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. green pepper
1 large onion
1/4 c. ketchup
salt and pepper
Brown meat in butter. Stir in onions, mushrooms and
green pepper. Add spices. Simmer in skillet until the meat is
tender, 2 to 3 hours, or cook slowly all day in a crock pot.
Mixture makes excellent gravy.
