PIEROGIE CASSEROLE

1 lb. Kluski noodles
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 sticks oleo
2 Tbsp. onion
1 1/2 c. milk
6 to 8 potatoes, mashed as you
usually would

Cook noodles 10 minutes; not much salt. Cook oleo,
milk, onion and cheese until melted. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add one layer of noodles (drained), then not quite 1/2 of
cheese sauce. Next put a layer of mashed potatoes, then
remainder of noodles. Top it off with remaining cheese sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
