1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. each salt, pepper and
garlic salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small can tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. minced onion
4 oz. mushrooms (liquid too)
Parmesan cheese

Combine hamburg, crumbs, water, milk and seasonings and
press into 9-inch pie pan. Combine rest of ingredients to make
sauce and pour over meat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
(Anchovies, green pepper, etc. can be added to sauce.) Bake at
350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
