1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sliced onions
Cook bacon well done, drain and crumble. Saute mush-
rooms with garlic salt and onions and drain. Layer in pie
shell bacon, mushrooms, onions and cheese. Repeat layers until
ingredients are all used. Mix in a shaker eggs, half and half,
salt and flour. Pour over filled pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for
30 to 40 minutes. Can be prepared ahead of time and put in
refrigerator. If this is done will require a little more
