3 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 lb. baked or chopped ham
1/4 lb. salami
1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped red or green
1/4 lb. hot pepper cheese,
1/4 lb. Brick or Provolone
Dough: Combine 1 1/4 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt
in bowl. Blend hot water, milk and oil. Add eggs and warm
liquid to flour mixture. Add remaining flour. Knead about 5
minutes until smooth and pliable. Cover. Let rise one hour.
Roll out into rectangle shape and layer with filling. Layer
lengthwise on dough beginning with meat, then pepper, onions
and cheese. Alternate meats and cheeses. Fold ends up and
pinch lengthwise down center to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes. Take out of oven and let cool 3 minutes before
slicing. Serve hot. May be reheated in foil in oven.
