1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
with mushrooms
1 tsp. each garlic salt and
1/2 tsp. basil
8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
and drained
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring until
crumbly; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic salt, oregano
and basil. Layer 1/3 of the noodles, sauce, cottage cheese,
Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese in buttered 2 quart
baking dish. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Bake
at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before
serving. Yields 8 servings.
