CONFETTI SPAGHETTI 1 lb. good hard wheat spaghetti or macaroni 2 large cloves of garlic or 1 tsp. garlic 3/4 c. finely diced celery 2 Tbsp. virgin olive oil 3 Tbsp. butter 1 c. diced onion 1 1/2 c. green and red peppers (sweet) Cook spaghetti until slightly firm. Do not overcook. Rinse in hot tap water. Saute olive oil, butter and garlic over medium heat; do not brown. Add drained pasta. Heat the onion, peppers and celery; add to pasta mix. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
