1 lb. good hard wheat
spaghetti or macaroni
2 large cloves of garlic or 1
3/4 c. finely diced celery
2 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. diced onion
1 1/2 c. green and red peppers
Cook spaghetti until slightly firm. Do not overcook.
Rinse in hot tap water. Saute olive oil, butter and garlic
