MEXICAN GOULASH

1 lb. ground round
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans Franco
American spaghetti with
cheese
1 can tomato sauce or stewed
tomatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. chili powder or to
taste
Parmesan cheese and corn chips
(optional)

Brown meat; add onion and saute. Mix in other ingredi-
ents, except cheese and chips. Pour into casserole. Top with
Parmesan cheese and a few corn chips. Bake at 350 degrees approxi-
mately 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
