ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 corn tortillas
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg. enchilada mix
15 oz. tomato sauce

Mix hamburger, garlic and onion. Brown 5 minutes on
High. Then add enchilada mix and tomato sauce. Microwave High
3 1/2 minutes. Place a tortilla on the bottom of a round
2-quart casserole, then add meat sauce, then a layer of cheese.
Keep layering until all tortillas are used.
Don't put any cheese on the last layer. Place lid on
casserole and microwave on High for 8 minutes. Remove from
microwave now and add the rest of the cheese and let sit with
lid on until the cheese has melted.
