2 to 3 lb. beef, cut into
1 onion, quartered
4 carrots, peeled
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 to 1/3 c. tapioca
3 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 large can tomatoes
4 celery stalks
1/4 to 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. red wine
Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven and bake, covered,
at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
